The Horizon Report, a yearly overview of technology in education from The New Media Consortium and EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative including trends, challenges, technologies to watch and an overview of up and coming technologies, is a vital read for school and educational technology administrators. The advisory board consists of a powerhouse of 47 individuals with direct ties to technology and education. It would be a mistake to make any major technological decisions without first considering the trends, challenges and future technologies addressed in this report.
